For unresectable neuroendocrine metastases, transplantation has become potential definitive treatment due slow growth clinical course metastatic process. We conducted review relevant literature, criteria for including excluding patients considered as well alternative methods tumors. The paper presents observation staged therapy patient tumor small intestine bilobar metastases. study demonstrates satisfactory long-term results transplantation.
